technology Experts predict growth of smart home technology

Experts say that the past 2020 and 2021 had a significant impact on the evolution of the smart home: people were forced to stay at home for a huge amount of time, and, accordingly , the creators have responded to the emergence of new needs by creating relevant technologies.

Numerous introductions of fresh ideas have been coming in at a tremendous rate across all price ranges. The previous few years proved to be a great reserve for the future, and the quarantine served as a trampoline. A large number of highly intelligent functions in consumer electronic devices, which were previously not so necessary, and perhaps unnecessary, turned out to be quite in demand and even very necessary. Users have recognized such comfort and today they want to receive even more positive emotions while being in their apartments and actively exploiting a variety of “smart” devices. Experts believe that in the near future this will cause great excitement and the demand for “smart homes” will increase, and new residential buildings will certainly be equipped with a special complex that will ensure a comfortable life and living.

Today, the function of fake intelligence in the world of modern people is actively increasing; devices with artificial intelligence will soon fully enter into human life. Today, a person controls the “smart home” himself, but very soon he will independently learn, adapt to the needs of the consumer, which will create an opportunity for the interaction of an artificial system with a person. Those actions that directly require the participation of the user today will soon be performed by the system independently. A smart home will be able (and is able) to record, analyze and evaluate the user’s habits, his daily routine. This will form the main template to which the artificial system will adapt, provided that the mode changes, and rebuild itself, so that a person does not need to think about changing the settings mode of the smart home system.

However, it is not yet worth arguing that such a statement of affairs will become the usual norm for all people. Still, it is still very far from the large-scale intellectualization of the household. The comprehensive introduction of the activity of the artificial intelligence system is hindered by a large number of many indicators: an expensive pricing policy, gaps in ensuring the preservation of personal data, a low informative level – many users are not familiar with current technologies and their capabilities, a difficult combination of products and ideas from different creators, and more. According to experts, a large number of fresh ideas are still needed before numerous solutions are revealed regarding the low and mid-price segment, and this will take more than one year.
